| WPC-LIC-002 | Failed to activate license | The license server rejected the activation request because the key may be incorrect or expired. | Verify your license key is correct and not expired. |
| WPC-NET-001 | Connection Failed | The plugin cannot connect to an external service, such as the licensing server or API endpoints. | Check for any networking issues on your web server, such as firewall rules or other security configuration that prevents the server from making outside requests. |
| WPC-VAL-001 | Required field missing | You attempted to submit a form (like creating an FAQ or an Agent) without providing all the necessary information. | Fill all required fields in the form and resubmit. |
| WPC-AGT-006 | A valid phone number with country code is required | The phone number entered for an Agent profile or chat platform failed international formatting validation. | Enter a valid phone number, ensuring it includes the country code. |
| WPC-AGT-008 | Agents are currently offline | This status message indicates that all configured agents are currently outside their defined working hours. | This is not an error but a status notification. If you are the administrator and see this unexpectedly, check your agent schedules. |
| WPC-FAQ-006 | Error loading FAQs | The system failed to retrieve the list of Frequently Asked Questions from the database. | Refresh the page to force a reload of the FAQ list. |
