Oh and to clarify, we have many of our users that started using it from the beginning who still contact support for various reasons: they installed it on a new site and somethings not compatible, they have this off the way idea they hope we can help with, they need features that weren’t relevant back then etc. The old users have a funny way of being the most loyal which means you end up with a exponential growth for support, with only a linear growth in sales.
